Working on the baby girl's decor

I worked on decor items for Charlotte's bedroom over the weekend.  Here's a monogrammed pillow:

Repainted game room with masks from the old house. Turned out pretty well.

The new furniture is now complete!  Sectional, coffee table and kitchen table are all where they should be.

Kitchen repainting

I have never been a fan of faux finishes.  I think I just don't have the faux finish appreciation gene.  People have visited the new house and exclaimed over how awesome the faux finish is, and I just don't get it.

So, our faux finishes are going away!  Today is a snow day, so I have time to work on this.  Here are photos of the project, which also includes the breakfast nook and family room, one wall of which the previous owners had painted red.
